Duncan, B.Comm., F.C.A., CFP, was a senior tax partner with BDO Dunwoody
LLP for over 30 years. He retired in 2005, but continues to consult on
retirement, estate and expatriate planning. He is a member of the Society of
Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Estate
Planning Council of Toronto. He is also a Director and Past Chairman of the
Financial Planners Standards Council.
