David Sherman, LL.B., LL.M., is a Toronto
lawyer specializing in tax law, who has an encyclopedic knowledge of

is Canada’s most prolific author of professional tax publications. He has
also specialized in computer applications to tax law, and developed the
computer-assisted instruction system that taught tax and accounting to students
