Régie du logement Mandatory Form

As of September 1, 1996, the mandatory form must be used for renting a dwelling, including a room, an apartment, a condominium, a house; etc. This form Lease of a Dwelling: Régie du logement Mandatory Form must also be used for the rental of services (such as janitorial or transportation), accessories (such as furniture, a refrigerator, a stove), dependencies (such as a garage, shed or parking space) if these are not already included in the lease for the dwelling. The form Lease of a Dwelling: Régie du logement Mandatory Form comes in two copies.

Computerized Version, 5 copies

Each package contains a CD-ROM which allows to complete and print the first part of the lease (the negotiable part) and 5 copies of the second part of the lease (the particulars of the lease). This version can be used for the Lease of a Dwelling and the Lease of a Dwelling including the Schedule Services for the Elderly or Handicapped.
