As of September 1, 1996, this form must be used for
renting a dwelling, including a room, an apartment, a condominium, a house,
etc. This form Lease of a Dwelling including the Schedule for Services for
the Elderly or Handicapped: Régie du logement Mandatory Form must
also be used for the rental of services (such as janitorial or transportation),
accessories (such as furniture, refrigerator, stove), dependencies (such as a
garage, shed or parking space) if these are not already included in the lease
for the dwelling. The form Lease of a Dwelling including the Schedule for
Services for the Elderly or Handicapped: Régie du logement Mandatory
Form comes in two copies.
When special services are offered to
elderly or handicapped people, the Schedule Services for the Elderly or
Handicapped included in the mandatory form must also be filled out. |
