This bilingual publication contains the Code of
Civil Procedure (R.S.Q., c. C-25), updated to August 10, 2009, and the
regulations enacted under it, as well as 18 statutes and 28 regulations related
to this field of law.
Among the statutes included in this publication
are the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms (R.S.Q., c. C-12), the
Interpretation Act (R.S.Q., c. I-16), the Act respecting Administrative
