Electronic Commerce Statutes and Regulations 2010, with Related Materials

Electronic Commerce Statutes and Regulations with Related Materials brings together in one consolidation the most important Canadian laws, policies and guidelines regarding electronic commerce. The materials are divided into eight sections:

Each section groups the relevant Canadian legislation, including applicable regulations, and relevant policies and guidelines. Where appropriate, international materials have been included. Each section has a detailed Table of Contents and an introduction, including a brief summary of the materials and a discussion of recent and proposed amendments to the materials. A comprehensive index is included.
