- Parent/Ownership company information
- Key Personnel including name of president or person
responsible for Toronto-based operations. Also listed, when available, are
those persons responsible in the following areas: chief executive officer,

- Those who declined to participate
- Federal and Provincial government agencies, boards
and commissions
- Selected industries: holding companies, drinking
establishments
- Individual retail outlets (chain stores)
