Canada Labour Code Part
II: Consolidated Working Copyis a loose-leaf consolidation in a binder
format that contains Part II of the Canada Labour Code, the Canada Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations (COSH), and the Safety and Health Committees and
Representatives Regulations.
The main volume is dated January 2008, and
replaces the 2003 main volume and January 2006 amendment. Released in September
2008, Amendment 2008-1 updates Part XX of the COSH regulations. Released in
September 2009, Amendment June 2009 updates various parts of the COSH
regulations.

Copy is sold in parts: the loose-leaf main volume, amendment(s) and the
binder. The January 2008 main volume is sold with inserts for the cover and
spine of the binder. Available in separate English and French editions, the
January 2008 main volume and amendments can be purchased with or without the
binder.
